At Soongh Perfume Pakistan, we are committed to ensuring you are completely delighted with your purchase of our premium attar and non-alcoholic perfumes. If you are not satisfied, our transparent return process is designed to be simple and hassle-free.
1. Return Eligibility & Process (No Exchanges)

| No Exchanges | Please note: We do not process direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must process a return for the original product and place a new order after your refund is processed. |
| Product Condition | To qualify for a return, the product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining. |
| Non-Returnable Items | Consequently, we cannot accept returns for items less than 90% full or items purchased during a Final Sale (unless defective). |
2. Shipping, Delivery & Refund Fees
Customer Responsibility
- Please note that delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for returning products. Therefore, please ensure the return is properly packaged.
Soongh’s Responsibility (Free Returns)
- However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong perfume product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return and will issue a refund for the original purchase price.
3. Processing & Contact Information

We process all return requests promptly, typically within 5 to 10 working days. Furthermore, we aim to issue your refund within this period.
